Italian Style Meatballs

On 12/15/2014 we went shopping and bought a large package of Hamburger. We broke it down into useable size for us. We kept 1lb. out for Hamburger’s tonight, I made meatballs out of 1lb to put into the freezer, the rest I put into the freezer for later use.

Italian Meatballs

TWYLA’s Italian Style Meatballs

1lb Hamburger

1 Egg

2Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

2Tbsp. Italian seasoning

1Tsp. Onion powder

1Tsp. Garlic powder

1Tsp. Salt

1Tsp. pepper

1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs

Using your hands mix well. Form into balls about 1 inch round. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.  At this point you can use them or freeze them after they cool.  Makes 30 Meatballs.
