Strawberry-Chocolate Truffle Tart

Valentines Dessert

Today I would like to share with you the recipe I found for dessert on Valentine’s Day. I found this recipe on Twitter while building my social networking for my blog. We had talked about doing strawberries dipped in chocolate and this just looked more inviting. Earl is making the main meal if he ever makes up his mind what it will be I will share that. Right now he is talking about Crab Cakes and Lemony Hearts of Palm Salad but you never know with him.

A shortbread cookie crust serves as the base of this luscious Strawberry-Chocolate Truffle Tart where the bright red gems crown the top of a chocolaty layer.
